MEET OUR DIRECTOR

Ronny Law

Ronny Law is an accomplished director and cinematographer whose passion for filmmaking spans over two decades. A Miami native, Ronny is a self-taught artist who has produced, written, and directed numerous projects across various genres. Currently, he is the director of photography for "Rumba Royale" (2025) in Africa and the documentary "Overnight" (2025), which has spanned Europe and Africa. "Overnight" focuses on the life and career of Fally Ipupa. An international filmmaker, Ronny has worked on projects across the world.


Ronny's notable works include the thought-provoking TV series "Mirrors of Me" (2024), the impactful documentary "Alchemy" (2020), and the suspenseful feature film "Followed" (2018). Drawing inspiration from Steven Spielberg and Jon Favreau, Ronny has developed a distinctive style that combines emotional storytelling with visual finesse. His dedication to crafting memorable cinematic experiences has earned him recognition and respect in the industry. Ronny continues to push the boundaries of storytelling, always striving to create films that resonate with audiences.

Juliana Castillo as
"Sophia"

Juliana Scarlet Castillo is a Peruvian-American actor, singer, songwriter, dancer, and model, born and raised in South Florida. With 11 years of acting experience, she has performed in 17 productions, ranging from operas to plays. Previous credits include: Natasha, Pierre & The Great Comet of 1812 (Hélène), Gianni Schicchi (Lauretta), Macbeth (Malcolm), City of Angels (Mallory/Avril), Bring It On: The Musical (Danielle), The Magic Flute (Pamina). She is a rising senior at New York University's Tisch School of the Arts pursuing a B.F.A. in Drama with the New Studio on Broadway. She is excited to collaborate with the talented team on this brilliant short film set in her hometown and extends heartfelt thanks to her mother and family for their unwavering love and support throughout her artistic journey.

Brandon Morris as
"Jason"

Brandon Morris is a multi-ethnic actor (African-American, Native American (Chippewa), Latin, French, Italian, Polish, and German) living and working on the East Coast. With over 20 years in the industry, he has made significant contributions to both stage and screen. He originated roles in the theater for playwrights such as Lee Blessing ("Black Sheep") & Christopher-Demos Brown ("When the Sun Shone Brighter"). On screen, Brandon is known for playing no-nonsense figures of authority, with standout performances in popular TV series such as "Law & Order: Special Victims Unit," "The Sopranos," "Blue Bloods," "The Blacklist," "Madam Secretary," and "Person of Interest." Despite his authoritative on-screen roles, he is known for his approachable nature behind the scenes.

Reginald Liger as
"Andrew"

Reginald Liger is an accomplished executive producer, producer, writer, actor, and host, renowned for his dynamic contributions to both stage and screen. Beginning his journey in stage acting during his youth and continuing through college, Reginald has honed his public speaking skills over 20 years, hosting numerous events and tech shows like Cisco Live. He showcased his versatility as the host and narrator of the documentary "PACT,". As a writer and executive producer, Reginald's documentary "Alchemy" was selected for three film festivals, cementing his reputation for high-quality storytelling. Reginald wrote and executive produced the short film "A Bottle's Echo," which marks his debut role in film, reflecting his continuous evolution and dedication to the craft of filmmaking.
